The client had requested a custom Red Hulk model using the Koma Designs HULK. I decided to go ahead and paint him up as the classic Green Hulk, first. I finished him up and took my photos. I offered him up to the client, but he still wanted the Red Hulk. I set about the task of customizing. I sculpted the high and tight military hair cut, fillied in the rips in his pants and used a Dremel tool to give the edges of his pant legs that Lil' Abner look the had in his first comic appearence.
