This was an amazing piece to work on. 9 feet tall, painting in a 100+ degree warehouse, on ladders, and all done in just under 24 hours. I didn’t get photos of the finished product, but Kevin Kane (AKA – Closetnerd) has given me permission to use his photos from the San Diego Comic-Con.

Congratulations to Clay and Shelley for not only being a completely righteous and dynamic duo, but for also having an amazing day at the con today. Clay informed me as we popped in to say hi that his first copy of his Fathom life-sized piece sold today. How amazing is that?
